CFO – Private Equity Backed SaaS Business (EdTech)
Location: London
We are partnering with a Private Equity–backed EdTech SaaS business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. The company is operating at £60m ARR with £12m EBITDA and plans to scale beyond £70m ARR through a combination of organic growth and strategic M&A. With an established presence in the UK and US, the business is targeting an exit within the next two years.
The incoming CFO will take full ownership of the finance function, ensuring the business has robust, scalable financial and operational foundations. A key focus will be driving the M&A agenda, preparing the business for exit.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the finance function, maintaining robust and scalable financial and operational foundations.
- Drive the M&A agenda, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, integration, and preparing the business for exit.
- Prepare the business for an exit within the next two years.
