Finatal are partnering with a Private Equity firm to find a CFO for a recurring revenue tech business based in Singapore. The role would suit a CFO with a background in a technology company with a recurring revenue business model. The role is based in Singapore and would require relocation if you are currently based in the UK.
Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed business is required.
The Role:
- Business partner with CEO and Board to set and enact commercial strategy
- Work with commercial teams to lead data driven decision making
- Help identify, execute and integrate bolt on acquisition opportunities
- Recruit and manage a finance team locally in Singapore
Requirements:
- Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businesses
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models, ideally in a tech environment
- Some M&A experience is an advantage but not required
- Experience of a previous PE Exit would be beneficial
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
