Are you a strategic financial leader with a proven track record in private equity backed environments? A leading UK services company, backed by a prominent private equity firm, is seeking a dynamic, data-driven CFO to drive financial strategy and operational excellence across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function, delivering insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to support business objectives.
• Partner with the executive team to shape and execute financial strategies that drive profitability and growth.
• Spearhead the integration of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial and operational alignment.
• Develop and implement robust commercial finance frameworks, identifying key performance indicators and optimising financial performance.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of financial discipline, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to maintain a solid financial foundation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed business.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial finance and business partnering within a services environment.
• Extensive experience leading and integrating mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, with a strategic approach to financial management and value creation.
• Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
