For Companies Finatal is partnering with a leading mid-market Private Equity firm to hire a CFO for a high growth business services company based in the South East of England. The role would suit a CFO with extensive experience of leading M&A strategy within private equity environments, ideally at £10m EBITDA+.
Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed business is required.
The Role:
- Business partner with CEO and Board to define commercial strategy
- Lead M&A activity, with a high volume of acquisitions across UK and Europe
- Build, train, and manage a high performing finance team
- Drive organic and inorganic growth at scale and speed
- Data analysis, modelling, and forecasting to inform decision making
Requirements:
- Track record as a CFO in a Private Equity backed business
- Extensive experience of M&A, including leading on bolt-on acquisitions
- Experience within a business services or B2B company
