About the Role Finatal is currently partnered with Mid-Market Private Equity backed Saa S who is seeking an interim Finance Director to help lead them through their Series D fundraising round.

Primarily, you will be working alongside the CFO to support the fundraise, as well as looking into process improvements across the finance function.

While Saa S experience isn’t a requirement, it is desirable.

Experience leading a fundraise is required.

Key Responsibilities Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls.

Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable to base your strategic decisions from.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) PE experience Experience leading a fundraise.
