Location: Birmingham
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + car allowance + bonus

Finatal are working with a Private Equity backed global manufacturing business to hire a Finance Director for their £50m revenue UK division. The company is a world leader in its space, and the role will focus on working with the UK MD to drive revenue and EBITDA in the UK market.
The role would suit a proven Divisional or Regional FD, or someone moving into an FD role for the first time, perhaps stepping up from a Financial Controller or Head of FP&A position.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior finance role within a Private Equity backed business
- Experience of manufacturing, warehousing, and/or distribution environments
- Qualified accountant
- Ability to be onsite 4 days a week in the West Midlands office, with travel to other sites as required
The Role:
- Work with the UK and Group CFO to drive growth in the UK business
- Identify opportunities for cost saving
- Identify opportunities for investment
- Highly operational role, delivering process improvements that drive EBITDA growth
- Hands on management of the UK finance team
