We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Executive to join our Universal Banking team in London. This hunter role focuses on net new name acquisition, capitalising on recent success in the UK market—particularly within Building Societies and Tier 3–5 banks.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, leveraging Finastra's strong reputation and product suite. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who thrives on cold calling, building networks, and opening doors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on net new name acquisition.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry engagement.
- Leverage recent success in UK Building Societies to expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position Finastra's solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deals through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and Finastra's evolving product offerings.
- Minimum 15 years of successful enterprise software sales experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or core banking solutions.
