About The Role

This is a high-impact sales role focused on building new partnerships and driving revenue. As a Regional Partner Executive, you’ll identify whitespace opportunities, win new partner relationships, and create strategic alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs), VARs, ISVs, OEMs, Advisors, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to define strategies, drive co-selling initiatives, and ensure partners act as a true extension of our sales and delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Win new partner relationships and secure strategic alliances to accelerate ARR pipeline and software bookings.
  • Create New Alliances: Build partnerships where no relationship exists, unlocking new revenue streams and market opportunities.
  • Executive-Level Influence: Engage at senior levels within GSIs and sign contractual strategic alliances to sell into Tier 1–3 banks.
  • Strategic Leadership: Align regional partner strategies with sales territory plans and market penetration goals.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear metrics and deliver measurable results across partner types and solution areas.
  • Market Impact: Act as a Finastra ambassador, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Experience

  • Proven experience and consistent tenure in Enterprise Software sales, Alliances, Channels, or similar roles selling into the Financial Services Market.
  • Demonstrated success in building partner ecosystems with GSIs and selling into the Financial Services market.
  • Ability to engage at an executive level within GSIs and sign strategic alliance agreements.
