We're looking for a

Senior Project Manager – Finance Divestitures to join our Divestiture Finance team.

In this role, you'll lead finance workstreams supporting business carve-outs, divestitures, and Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), working with stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, shared services, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong financial expertise with hands-on project delivery experience and enjoys solving complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance workstreams supporting divestitures and carve-out transactions
  • Own project plans, governance, risks, actions, and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, shared service teams, and third-party partners
  • Oversee finance transition activities including billing, collections, accounts payable, and general accounting processes
  • Run stakeholder meetings and governance forums, driving actions through to completion
  • Ensure finance deliverables remain aligned to TSA commitments and project timelines
  • Provide oversight of finance processes impacted by transition programmes
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong finance and accounting background
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified preferred
  • Solid understanding of finance processes and financial statements
  • Proven experience delivering projects from initiation through completion
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Strong organisational and delivery capabilities
  • Highly Desirable
  • Experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, integrations, or M&A transactions
  • Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) experience
  • Finance transformation or shared services experience
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Exposure to finance operations including billing, collections, and accounting processes
  • Ideal Backgrounds
  • Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, or Finance Transformation teams
  • Industry finance professionals involved in transformation, separation, or integration programmes
  • Shared services and operational finance environments
