We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Customer Contracts Associate to support a major business transformation project involving the review and transfer of customer agreements across a global portfolio. This role is perfect for early-career legal professionals or contract specialists who want hands-on experience in commercial contract analysis, risk identification, and cross-functional project delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Review customer contracts to extract key terms, obligations, and transferability requirements.
- Identify potential legal, operational, or commercial risks and escalate accordingly.
- Validate findings with peers to ensure accuracy and consistency across a high volume of contract assessments.
- Maintain contract tracking dashboards and help prepare summaries and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support the coordination and documentation required for smooth contract transfers to acquiring entities.
- Handle internal stakeholder queries and contribute to improving contract review templates and processes.
- Draft and support legal documentation related to contract transfers, assignments, and novations.
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re someone who thrives on analytical, detail-oriented work and has the judgement to interpret commercial and legal information accurately.
- You may be: Legally trained (e.g., LLB/LLM, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience).
- An early career contracts specialist, legal operations analyst, or compliance professional.
- Someone with experience reviewing or drafting commercial agreements.
- A strong communicator who is organised, collaborative, and comfortable working at pace.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in dashboards or data tools (Excel/Power BI a plus).
