We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Customer Contracts Associate to support a major business transformation project involving the review and transfer of customer agreements across a global portfolio. This role is perfect for early-career legal professionals or contract specialists who want hands-on experience in commercial contract analysis, risk identification, and cross-functional project delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Review customer contracts to extract key terms, obligations, and transferability requirements.
  • Identify potential legal, operational, or commercial risks and escalate accordingly.
