Team: Corporate Communications, full-spectrum communications, covering both internal and external

What You’ll Do

  • Content Creation & Editing
    • Draft, edit and proofread internal newsletters, intranet posts, employee email campaigns and board-level updates.
    • Research and develop thought leadership articles, customer success stories and executive Q&As for both internal and external audiences.
  • Media & Public Relations Support
    • Draft press releases and media pitches.
    • Coordinate with global PR agencies to brief spokespeople and secure high-value media coverage.
    • Monitor press coverage, prepare weekly news digests and track performance/impact.
  • Internal Engagement & Events
    • Support the planning, promotion and execution of employee events, town halls and webinars.
    • Collaborate with other teams to align messaging with our company culture and strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administration
    • Liaise with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
    • Manage and maintain communications calendars, asset libraries and project trackers.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to the Corporate Communications team.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree or similar qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline.
  • You have hands-on experience in a corporate or agency comms role.
  • You’re a natural storyteller with exemplary writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to take initiative.
  • You’re curious about AI and emerging technologies, and eager to explore how they can supercharge comms.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems or design tools is a plus.
