Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to own and evolve our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you’ll shape programs that support employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, covering healthcare, pensions and wellness initiatives. This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility and senior stakeholder visibility.
What You’ll Lead- Drive the annual EMEA benefits enrollment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination
- Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
- Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision‑making and governance
- Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership
- Develop clear employee communications and guidance to boost understanding and engagement
- Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit‑related queries
- Stay current on market trends and legislation to inform continuous improvement
- 6+ years’ experience managing benefits across the EMEA region
- Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
