Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to own and evolve our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you’ll shape programs that support employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, covering healthcare, pensions and wellness initiatives. This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility and senior stakeholder visibility.

What You’ll Lead
  • Drive the annual EMEA benefits enrollment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination.
  • Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
  • Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision‑making and governance.
  • Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership.
  • Develop clear employee communications and guidance to boost understanding and engagement.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit‑related queries.
  • Stay current on market trends and legislation to inform continuous improvement.
