Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to join our team and drive the evolution of our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you’ll shape and deliver programs that enhance employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, spanning healthcare, pensions, and wellness initiatives. This is a high‑impact role with regional ownership and strong visibility across senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Lead

  • Lead the annual EMEA benefits enrolment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination
  • Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
  • Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision‑making and governance
  • Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership
  • Develop clear, accessible employee communications to enhance understanding and engagement
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex, region‑specific benefits queries
  • Monitor market trends and legislative changes to drive continuous improvement
