The Divest Program Office Analyst will support Program Managers and PMO leadership by managing core PMO activities, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring effective coordination across the divestment portfolio. The role is delivery-focused and operational in nature. It requires prior PMO or programme analyst experience and the ability to contribute with limited ramp-up time.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of multiple divestment programmes within a portfolio environment
- Preparing and maintaining programme and portfolio-level reporting, dashboards and status packs
- Supporting the production of governance materials (e.g. Steering Committee and stakeholder packs)
- Managing documentation, audit trails and records related to divestment activities
- Tracking actions, risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams
- Supporting stakeholder communication and responding to PMO-related enquiries
- Contributing to PMO process consistency and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in a PMO, Programme Analyst, Portfolio Analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated experience producing reporting packs and governance materials
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with programme data
- Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple teams or workstreams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced programme environment
Desirable
- Exposure to divestitures, M&A or large-scale transformation programmes
- Consulting or delivery-focused programme environment experience
- Experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (e.g. Smartsheets, Power BI, Tableau)
- Industry experience in Financial Services or FinTech is beneficial but not mandatory.
