The Financial Ombudsman Service in Belfast is seeking an Investigator for pensions, investments and insurance to join our team on a permanent basis. All applicants must live and work in Northern Ireland. This full-time role handles complex disputes, reports to an Ombudsman Manager, and starts 30 November 2026.
We operate a hybrid policy requiring four days per fortnight in the office. As part of induction, you will spend the first week in our London office, with expenses covered.
