Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech. Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.

We’re on a mission to support established businesses with better business banking, and our broker and partnership channels are central to that mission. As a Partnerships Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with our broker partners and support other partnerships. You’ll be working with different types of audiences (with brokers as the main focus), so understanding what matters to them and how our solutions fit is essential. This is a hands‑on, varied role and ideal for a proactive marketer looking to gain experience across multiple activities, from event management and content creation to campaign execution and partner support.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Event management: lead the planning and execution of in‑person and online events, including flagship expos, local networking events, webinars, and hosted roundtables. This includes coordinating with external organisers, managing logistics, organising branding and merchandise, sending invitations, booking venues, and briefing internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Content: create short‑form content for social media, newsletters and standalone emails (product launches, partner updates, testimonials, case studies). This includes developing partner testimonials, educational materials, and announcements tailored to broker and partnership audiences.
  • Campaign activations: support the Partnerships Marketing Manager with campaign execution for paid activities involving key partners. This includes creating digital ad banners for publication websites, coordinating logistics for campaign launches, preparing content for solus emails, and more.
  • Awards: manage the awards calendar, including our entries and logistics for the ceremonies, for flagship industry awards.
  • Merchandise management: handle the production and distribution of branded merchandise for events and Business Development Managers (who look after the brokers) teams.
  • Community engagement: maintain a strong presence in the broker community through targeted campaigns and well‑executed events.
  • Partnerships activation: support with creative marketing activations for not‑for‑profit and enterprise partners, tailoring messaging to audience needs and clearly communicating our tech solutions.
  • Support partner marketing: work closely with the Partnerships Marketing Manager to execute strategic campaigns and provide ongoing marketing support for various partner‑focused initiatives.
