A new management team is being assembled with recruitment in key areas to support this growth, driving the businesses evolution across marketing, ecommerce, pricing, partnerships and data.

The Role:

Dayinsure are looking for a hands on and commercially minded Head of Marketing to develop and implement their D2C marketing strategy, develop their digital acquisition programme, build a clear social media presence and evolve the brand in creative and media. The role will also require the successful candidate to recruit and motivate a new marketing team.

This is a Senior Leadership Team role as the no.1 marketing leader at Dayinsure and will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the business through development, and hands on implementation, of an innovative consumer marketing strategy. There is a growing marketing budget (currently c.Β£10m) and a clear focus to grow customer acquisition and retention across digital channels whilst optimising Cost-Per-Acquisition.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focussed and hands on Marketing Leader with strong experience in D2C digital acquisition, social media and experience evolving the marketing programme into broader reach channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Dayinsure's D2C marketing strategy, aligned to the wider business goals and growth targets bringing an innovative & creative approach to increase Market Share, grow commercial performance and improve Cost-Per-Acquisition.
  • Drive customer acquisition through a multichannel approach, including Paid Channels.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, maximising ROI.
  • Ability to drive value and retain existing customers by building a world class CRM programme
  • Lead, and develop a high performing team of specialist consumer marketing professionals
  • Ability to blend creative and brand thinking with data and media expertise
  • Create brand advocacy to drive repeat purchases
  • Own and manage the marketing budget c.Β£10m+

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leader in a D2C digital marketing with strong social media skills.
  • Commercially minded marketer with a track-record of driving growth in SME consumer services business
  • Strong experience in muti-channel digital marketing strategy,
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high performing team
  • Experience managing CRM and loyalty activities
  • App marketing experience would be beneficial,
