Novidea is an insurance technology company solving the toughest challenges faced by insurance distribution businesses. Our innovative, data-driven insurance software platform allows our customers to manage the entire policy lifecycle across all lines of business, using data to inform every business decision, cross-sell and up-sell. Novidea delivers a 360-degree business view and a powerful competitive advantage.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing organization and drive a measurable contribution to pipeline growth, revenue generation, market visibility, and customer expansion. Based in London, this executive leader will be responsible for defining and executing Novidea’s global marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. The VP Marketing owns global marketing performance, GTM strategy, pipeline contribution, corporate communications, and marketing ROI. This is a highly cross‑functional role, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the wider Executive Team to ensure marketing operates as a predictable and precise contributor to our global revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • GTM Strategy & Segment Positioning: Build, maintain, and execute a structured Go‑To‑Market plan across target markets and business segments to establish an explicitly defined product offering and a clear value proposition.
  • Strategic Pipeline Acceleration: Focus marketing spend strictly on high‑converting channels to expand and accelerate a healthier sales pipeline. Enforce rigorous reporting accuracy and data integrity across the marketing funnel, ensuring a highly predictable revenue engine built on precise, validated lead intelligence.
  • Driving Global Commercial Growth: Own global marketing pipeline targets. Partner closely with the CRO to establish and achieve annual and quarterly pipeline objectives, proactively driving marketing‑sourced and marketing‑influenced ARR growth across all territories.
  • Brand Strategy & Market Visibility: Own Novidea's global brand strategy, corporate communications, and public relations framework to increase our share of voice and industry credibility.
  • Analyst & Ecosystem Relations: Develop and manage deep strategic relationships with industry analysts, advisory firms, and market influencers to ensure Novidea is optimally represented in market evaluations.
  • A‑Player Leadership Excellence: Elevate team standards by combining rigorous hiring practices with exemplary leadership. Actively mentor, develop, and hold team members accountable, ensuring performance gaps are managed decisively at the source rather than rotating problems across business units.
  • MarTech Innovation & ROI Discipline: Own the global marketing technology roadmap and marketing investment strategy.
  • Board & Executive Reporting: Prepare and present marketing performance, funnel diagnostics, and strategic recommendations directly to the Executive Team and Board.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of professional B2B marketing experience within SaaS, Enterprise Software, InsurTech, FinTech, or technology organizations.
  • At least 3 years in senior marketing leadership roles with explicit responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • A robust analytical mindset with a sharp focus on pipeline diagnostics, strict marketing data attribution, and funnel efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling global demand generation and Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs for complex enterprise buying journeys.
  • Proven experience managing significant global marketing budgets with a strict focus on delivering and reporting high ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with seasoned experience presenting strategic performance data directly to executive teams and boards.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, intent platforms, and AI‑enabled marketing technologies.
  • Prior experience operating within an insurance technology environment or financial services scale‑up is highly advantageous.
