We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner and Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and brand visibility by building and executing partner co-marketing and field activations, including our hosted and third-party events program. Working with Sales, Alliances, and the Marketing leadership team, you will translate business priorities into integrated plans, then execute and measure results across digital and ināperson events and partner marketing programs. Reporting to the Director of Partner and Field Marketing, the ideal candidate will be a strong crossāfunctional collaborator with a passion for building impactful partner marketing programs and standout events that align with our broader goātoāmarket strategies. This is a handsāon role that requires a blend of creativity, project management, and analytical skills to help drive the growth of our global partnerships and field marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner Co-Marketing Program Development: Build relationships with key marketing counterparts at Partner firms and collaborate on the development and execution of partner marketing programs and playbooks to drive growth of our global Partnership ecosystem.
- Events Portfolio: Develop event strategy and coordinate logistics and execution for regional and national events, including conferences, roadshows, and webinars. Work closely with sales leadership team to build an events program that aligns with business objectives and regional priorities. Ensure rigorous preāevent audience build, ināevent engagement, and postāevent outreach and conversion tracking.
- Content Development: Ideate and collaborate with the Content and Campaigns team to develop co-marketing assets such as case studies, presentations, and promotional materials. Enable sales and partner sellers with briefs, talk tracks and FAQs that support the sales process.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all partner and field marketing activities reflect brand standards across visual and messaging elements, including execution of booth design, signage and giveaways.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor and report on campaign and event performance. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Budget Support: Assist in tracking marketing spend and ensuring activities stay within budget.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5ā7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner, field, or event marketing. Experience in financial services or SaaS is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fastāpaced environment with shifting priorities and evolving strategies.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and event management platforms (e.g, Cvent and ON24).
