About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing marketing strategies and execution for our events, including data insights, marketing technology, digital marketing, copywriting, and social media. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel internationally as needed, including destinations such as the USA, Spain, Asia, and the UK.
Key Objectives:
- Achieve targets for delegate revenue and attendance
- Deliver high-quality delegates aligned with target audiences
- Manage event marketing budgets for optimal ROI
- Implement strategic, customer-centric marketing campaigns across various channels
- Increase conversion rates of prospects and attendees
- Ensure event websites are optimized for quality, SEO, and conversions
- Work with senior management on pricing strategies
