Position Details

  • Contract type: 1 year fixed term (May 2026 - June 2027)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid remote, 3 days a week in the London office
  • Reports to: Head of People Services
  • Team: 2 Direct Reports

Position Overview:

The People Data, Insight & Reward Manager is a key role within the FT’s People team, responsible for overseeing the people analytics, reporting, and reward functions. This position leads a small team and works closely with other departments and senior partners to provide insightful data-driven recommendations, ensure the integrity of compensation structures, and drive the People systems digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, have an understanding and experience using Workday, be comfortable with pay benchmarking practices, and possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
