The Role
We are seeking a driven and creative Content Executive to research, develop and deliver innovative agendas for FT's portfolio of events. This role is central to maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality, insightful and engaging discussions that attract senior leaders, industry experts and FT readers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, write and produce agendas for in-person, hybrid and digital events
- Identify, invite and secure high-profile speakers across sectors
- Research topics and guests for exclusive roundtables
- Partner with FT journalists chairing or moderating events
- Collaborate with sponsorship colleagues and clients to deliver on content commitments
- Work with marketing to develop promotional copy for campaigns
- Coordinate with social media to amplify events digitally
- Partner with operations to handle speaker logistics
- On-the-day event delivery, including speaker liaison at events
- Handle additional content requests before and after events
Required Skills And Experience
- Demonstrated experience writing compelling event agendas is essential
- Demonstrated experience in speaker recruitment and stakeholder management
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across editorial, commercial and operational teams
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Desirable
- Knowledge of business, policy and global affairs
- Previous experience in event content production or conference programming
- Established industry network across relevant sectors
