The Role
With the implementation of Workday, the FT HR Team is evolving its ability to provide high-quality HR management information, operational data and insights. We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to shape and drive a roadmap that enables delivery of an end-to-end reporting and insight service—from ad hoc data requests to strategic HR projects that support data-driven decision making. This role sits within HR Services and will collaborate across HR functions including Payroll, Learning & Talent, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility. You will combine analytical and technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape, build and deliver reports to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with HRIS to enhance data gathering in Workday
- Proactively manage report requests and data needs
- Lead audits and ensure data quality within HR systems
- Partner with HRBPs and business collaborators to define a strategic data roadmap
- Manage cross‑functional projects from requirements gathering to implementation
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights for various audiences
- Be the point of escalation for sophisticated reporting queries
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reports
- Support Workday release management in collaboration with HRIS
- Promote a data‑informed culture across the HR community
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM and Workday Reporting
- Strong change management and partner engagement skills
- Ability to present and interpret data clearly and simply
- Analytical mentality and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Inquisitive and proactive approach
- Previous experience within an HR team
- Experience in media or digital environments
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite)
