The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Executive with a passion for international events. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of client-led events globally, supporting the end-to-end delivery of in-person, hybrid and digital experiences. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, where variety and proactive problem-solving are part of your daily routine.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Event Managers in planning and implementing global events across multiple formats
- Conduct venue and supplier research across international markets
- Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for FT staff and contributors
- Handle pre-event administrative tasks including scheduling, briefing packs, and internal processes
- Maintain event stock and branding inventory, ensuring efficient shipping and logistics
- Handle packing, shipping and tracking of signage, delegate materials, and collateral
- Deliver digital events including setup, technical support, platform hosting, and basic post-production
- Provide on-site support, including supplier coordination and event setup
