A new opportunity for 2025! Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer looking for a new role? Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include:
- Drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on legal transactions
You will need to have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well to tight deadlines.
