A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable team.
Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a varied litigation caseload to include:
- Property litigation disputes
- Real estate and construction disputes
- Agricultural disputes
- Contentious probate
- Commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Breach of warranty/contract claims
- Injunctions
- Professional negligence claims
You will be expected to provide supervision and support to the more junior members. You will demonstrate excellent business development skills and will be keen to network in the local market. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
