We're working with a client to find their next Financial Adviser for a new practice, joining a reputable and well-established network in the UK.
/n
This isn't a "sell products, hit targets, move on" role. Our client builds careers, not headcount and they're looking for someone who wants to do the same.
/n

· OTE in excess of £50k in Year 1

· At an early stage of your advisory career - newly qualified (CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or RDR compliant equivalent), typically within your first three years of advising and looking for the right long-term home in which to develop.

· Quick fee focussed or fee chasers
/n
· Poor admin discipline or weak follow through
/n
· Anyone who struggles with feedback or ownership
/n
