Job Description E-commerce Assistant – Part-Time /n /n We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad hands-on experience in online retail, with genuine potential to grow into a more senior role as the business expands. /n /n Location: Stevenage /n Hours: 20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling available) /n Pay: £8.00 per hour /n Contract: Part-time, ongoing /n Start date: ASAP /n /n What you'll be doing /n Initially, your focus will be on order fulfilment, but over time your responsibilities will broaden to include: /n /n - Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders accurately and efficiently /n - Managing stock organisation and maintaining a tidy workshop /n - Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally /n - Driving store management, including listings, pricing, and inventory /n - Optimising product listings and advertisements to improve visibility and sales /n - Researching new products, suppliers, and market trends /n - Preparing basic performance reports to support business decisions /n - General administrative support as needed /n /n /n We don't expect you to master everything on day one.
