This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 3 days at 12:00 BST.

We are currently seeking a Head of Change Management Office to lead the organisation’s change management functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and overseeing transformation initiatives across the business. The Head of Change Management Office will play a critical role in maturing our target change management model, including governance, portfolio management, and enterprise-wide transformation. They will also be responsible for overseeing risk management, demand management, resource planning, and quality assurance processes, ensuring strategic alignment of objectives and key results across the organisation. Working closely with the Executive Team and stakeholders, they will embed effective change methodologies and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with significant experience in change management offices, large-scale transformation programmes, enterprise portfolio management, and strategic alignment of change initiatives. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at the highest levels within FSCS and externally.
