An established and growing independent wealth management and financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join its professional advisory team. The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with an established team of financial planners, providing holistic financial planning advice tailored to individual circumstances and long-term objectives. There is paraplanning and admin support provided alongside leads generated from referrals and the reputation of the firm. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can convert these and utilise their own connections to develop a strong client book.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through face-to-face and virtual communication.
  • Handle new client enquiries and review and implement portfolio changes.
  • Provide suitable, compliant financial planning recommendations aligned to client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct annual client review meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Financial Planner within an independent financial advice or wealth management firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
