Our Client, an established Wealth Manager, is seeking an ambitious, client‑centric Financial Adviser to join our high‑performance Private Wealth Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity to step straight into an existing book of high‑net‑worth clients, supported by a full in‑house paraplanning, administration, and marketing function. You’ll focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional advice, deepening relationships, and growing a high‑quality portfolio — while we provide the infrastructure, support, and career development to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic financial advice to HNW individuals, families, and institutions.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships with a long‑term, outcomes‑focused approach.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies across pensions, investments, estate planning, tax optimisation, and risk management.
  • Grow your book through referrals, networking, and high‑quality in‑house leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Paraplanning, Admin, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practice.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Adviser.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (required).
  • Level 6 / Chartered Financial Planner status (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with high‑net‑worth clients and complex financial needs.
  • Demonstrable track record of excellent client outcomes and service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
