Manage £30m AUM book of clients - 100 clients.

Clients spread across North Kent, South London and North Sussex.

£55k - £60k basic salary plus guaranteed bonus c.£10k for servicing clients.

10% bonuses on all fees you generate (initial and ongoing) - NO VALIDATION.

Realistic earnings of £90k - £100k in year 1.

My client is an established Chartered IFA who are seeking to recruit an employed adviser on a fully remote basis, but you will be expected to meet clients who are spread across North Kent, North Sussex and South London.

You will be given a client bank of 100 retirees and families who need servicing on their pensions, investments, retirement planning, IHT and estate planning needs.

Full admin and paraplanning will be provided from a pooled team and you will be tasked to focus on looking after the clients and generating new business opportunities from the existing client bank.

An average client has £750k of invested assets, a few with significantly more.

Although this is a fully remote role, you will need to be resident across Kent/Sussex or South London as some clients will wish to meet face to face.
