Every day we help resolve disputes between consumers, or small businesses, and their financial service providers.Reporting directly to the L&D Academy Manager, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of the L&D programmes, courses, projects as well as other L&D services. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring a high quality and consistent learning experience.**What You'll Do:*** Coordinate in-person and virtual workshops, training sessions and a range other learning solutions* Support the development and maintenance of L&D documentation and reports, including data capture* Serve as a central point of contact for L&D related enquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders through Workday as needed.* Coordinate logistics for on-site training, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, hotel bookings and training room booking and equipment setup.* Support the creation and distribution of learning materials and resources, ensuring accessibility, relevance to Learning & Development objectives, and attendance logging* Communicating changes and updates to stakeholders as required, for example rescheduling courses.* Coordinate with external partners and vendors to procure necessary resources and services for delivery.* Assist in the management of budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.* Processing external training bookings via invoicing or corporate card.* Provide administrative support for the evaluation and assessment of learning interventions and programmes, collating feedback and generating reports on a regular basis.* Act as a liaison between the L&D Academy team and other internal departments to facilitate smooth delivery of external and internal programmes.*To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us that you've got the skills and capabilities. You'll have to meet the following minimum criteria:***Minimum Criteria:*** Proven experience working within a customer focused role, preferably within an HR Team* Highly organised and a strong communicator with good IT skills - MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot etc.* Knowledge of reporting processes Analytical and accurate with a good attention to detail - adaptable and innovative approach to problem solving.* Experience of working in a Learning and Development environment, **or** a genuine interest in developing a career in Learning and Development, with a willingness to learn and build knowledge of L&D practices and approaches.**What you will bring:*** Ability to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving processes and enhancing the overall effectiveness of coordination activities.* Experience of maintaining accurate records of project activities, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference.* Previous use of a LMS or HR system such as Workday* A good match on an individual level to our organisational values.**Why You'll Love Working With Us:**We are a values led organisation.
