The Financial Ombudsman Service in Coventry is recruiting for an Investigator, Consumer Credit.

This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) includes a hybrid pattern with four days in the office per fortnight and an initial six-month academy training period to prepare you for independent casework.

The start date is 2 November 2026, with a London induction week funded by the company.
