The Financial Ombudsman Service is seeking a technology product owner to shape and mature the roadmap for our digital products: Ombudsman Connect and the Digital Front Door. You will partner with platform owners, governance teams, and external suppliers to deliver value, ensuring our products move the organisation forward.
You will translate strategy into tangible changes, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and ensure outcomes meet customer and colleague needs while supporting future.
