The predicted salary is between 26936 - 26936 £ per year.

This apprenticeship is a fixed-term contract of 24 months, with the possibility of a permanent offer after successful completion of the qualification. The role requires a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week, with 20% of the time allocated to off-the-job learning (lectures or tutorials).

Location: Exchange Tower, Docklands, London

Reporting to: Procurement Manager

Salary: £26,936 per annum

Hybrid Working: At least four days per fortnight in the office

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line customer support via email, phone, and in person, ensuring that policy and process are adhered to.
  • Process a range of operational procurement tasks at every stage of the procurement lifecycle.
  • Manage your own workload effectively and support the wider team’s success.
  • Identify concerns and suggest potential process improvements.
  • Take ownership of your own development, building procurement knowledge to pass the apprenticeship qualification and make a valuable contribution.
  • Use the organisation’s systems and processes in line with organisational policies.
  • Attend off-the-job learning 20% of the time as required by the apprenticeship program.

Minimum Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs at grade A–C, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualification).
  • Not in full-time education or receiving funding for another learning programme on enrolment in September 2026.
  • Full UK Right to Work for the duration of the apprenticeship and valid residence status. Must have been resident in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship.
  • Interest in procurement.
