Contract & Working Hours
Fixed‑term contract for 15 months as an apprenticeship, with the opportunity for a permanent position upon successful completion. Full time – 35 hours per week, with 20% of your time dedicated to off‑the‑job learning (lectures/tutoring with your training provider).

£26,936 per annum (salary). Location: Exchange Tower, Docklands, London. Reporting to: People Hub Manager.
Hybrid Working
Work from home and the office, with a minimum of 4 days in the office each fortnight.
Responsibilities
- Complete your apprenticeship qualification.
- Provide quality first‑line customer support via email, phone, or in person, ensuring policy and process compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that is professional, friendly and approachable.
- Process operational tasks for customers throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage your own workload while supporting the team’s success.
- Identify areas of concern and suggest potential process improvements.
- Take ownership of your own development and build HR knowledge to pass your apprenticeship and contribute to the team.
- Use our systems and processes in line with organisational policies.
Minimum Criteria
- Achieved 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A‑C, including English and Maths.
- When enrolled in the apprenticeship (September 2026) not in full‑time education or receiving funding for other learning programmes.
- Full UK right to work for the duration of the apprenticeship, valid residency status, resident in the UK for 3 years before start.
- Interest in Human Resources.
