The Financial Ombudsman Service is seeking a facilitator to deliver content around Communication Skills within our Learning & Development Team. This role focuses on phone skills and includes both in-person and virtual training sessions. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract offering 35 hours per week, with a salary of £43,000 per annum.

Located in London, the role requires a hybrid work model with at least four days in the office across a fortnight. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilitation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.
