Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible, we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.

Reporting to: Senior HR Coordinator
Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office. The People Hub team serves as the operational centre of HR, ensuring that our colleagues can concentrate on the core aspects of their roles by facilitating seamless HR processes. Placing the customer at the forefront of everything we do, we are committed to making interaction with HR as straightforward as possible. As the primary representative of HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting colleagues through significant milestones across the employee life cycle. Acting as the initial point of contact, you will deliver a high-quality customer-focused HR support service, consistently striving for improvement and excellence in every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- You’ll be the first point of contact for our people, delivering exceptional support and resolving HR queries quickly and confidently.
- From preparing contracts to managing flexible working requests, you’ll keep things running smoothly while providing friendly, professional service every time.
- You’ll bring initiative and a drive to improve how we work.
- Confident using our systems and keen to grow your own skills, you’ll help us deliver a seamless HR experience that makes a real difference.
Minimum Criteria:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment demonstrating the ability to handle a high volume of queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience managing HR-related queries or processes from initial contact through to resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone and approach to suit different audiences.
- Track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Demonstrate ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and propose constructive solutions.
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Ability to analyse trends, identify root causes, and use data or feedback to drive better outcomes.
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams, showing how you’ve supported shared goals and contributed to a positive team culture.
