We help over 5,000 clients to describe and define their purpose, and then build a plan designed to achieve this through the years ahead. The Programme
Our Financial Adviser Training Programme has successfully developed advisers for over 15 years. During your first year, you will:
- Receive structured, hands-on training from experienced advisers.
- Work closely with a team of advisers to support client relationships and learn the advisory process.
- Develop your technical knowledge of UK financial products and services and how to advise clients on these.
- Study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning with full study support.
- Gain lived exposure of the Advisor-Client relationship to empower and support your own learning and development.
This programme is designed to provide practical experience alongside professional qualifications, giving you fantastic foundations to then succeed as an Adviser.
Career Progression
Once you have completed the programme and become licensed:
- You will transition into a self-employed Financial Adviser role with FLM.
- You will support and advise an existing client base.
- You will have the opportunity to build your own portfolio of clients.
- Your earning potential becomes uncapped, rewarding performance and growth.
