This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual to support busy Financial Advisers and help provide a first class service to their clients. It is an ideal position for someone who has an interest in finance and has a proven track record of going above and beyond in a supporting role.
Within this role, you will underpin multiple Financial Advisers and be responsible for client servicing, client admin, and compliance/regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Being responsible for liaising with third party providers to gather information for both Planners so that they can provide holistic financial planning solutions to their clients.
- Key relationship manager with main stakeholders including admin centres.
- Building strong relationships with all clients and key stakeholders by being the first point of contact for all aspects of client administration and dealing with technical admin queries.
- Managing client records for the Financial Advisers via the CRM software, Salesforce, ensuring that the necessary information is captured and kept up to date on a daily basis.
- Supporting workloads within the team to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained.
- Managing EIS and VCT exits for clients.
- Managing client bereavements and probate process.
- Processing client withdrawals and redemptions.
- Processing submissions and new client money including liaising with clients regarding.
