The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated & responsible individual to support 3-4 busy Financial Advisers and help deliver outstanding service to their clients. In this role, you will be the backbone of client support, handling administration, servicing, and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and advisers. If you have a passion for finance and a track record of going above and beyond in a support role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for client administration and technical queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including admin centres.
- Gather information from third-party providers to assist planners in delivering holistic financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Support the team to meet service level agreements.
- Manage key client processes, including withdrawals, redemptions, onboarding, portfolio changes, and rebalancing.
- Oversee client bereavements, probate, and tax-related disposals.
- Process new investments, liaising with clients on banking details and timescales.
- Provide daily updates and reports to financial planners.

- Experience in financial services (essential).
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Strong communicator with a professional and confident approach.
- Able to work collaboratively with Financial Planners and the team.
