Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Reporter Will Include Writing long-form features on investment funds, global financial markets, economic indicators, and relevant events. Writing shorter breaking news articles on events in the funds industry and global financial markets. Using your ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable and engaging manner for readers. Developing a deep understanding of FE fundinfo\’s fund data analysis tools and using them to create original data-driven journalism pieces. Fostering relationships with press officers, fund managers, financial analysts, and other investment professionals to build a comprehensive contact book. Attending industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential sources and gather exclusive insights. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Reporter: You must have previous experience in business or financial press; reporting on investments is preferable. You will have knowledge of the UK funds industry. You should have strong writing skills, confidence with numbers, and the ability to work to deadlines. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills. You must have strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
