Take the lead in delivering seamless client onboarding and shape the future of investment operations by implementing cutting-edge software used by asset managers around the world. In this role, you will own full-cycle implementations and become a trusted advisor to clients across global asset management organisations. You will gain deep exposure to operational processes, collaborate closely with product, data and engineering teams, and help shape product evolution through real client insight. With responsibility for translating business needs into technical solutions and seeing projects through to go-live, you will grow your expertise, influence platform direction and develop in an environment that values initiative, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities as an Implementation Project Manager will include:
- Leading implementation projects from initial scoping and requirement discovery through configuration, UAT and successful go-live
- Running workshops to collect and understand functional and technical requirements from client stakeholders
- Translating business needs into clear specifications and collaborating with internal teams through delivery
- Configuring investment data workflows including fee, CBOR and retrocession processes
- Overseeing data integration tasks and supporting SQL-based controls, reporting and validation
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and ensuring their operational readiness
Experience and skills:
- You must bring at least 5 years of implementation or project management experience within financial services, SaaS, fintech or asset management
- You will demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership of complex client delivery
- You should have solid SQL capability and confidence working with system configuration and data workflows
- You will be fluent in English and comfortable leading client workshops and external calls
- You will be collaborative, analytical and client-focused, thriving in environments where autonomy and initiative are valued
