Experienced Protection Adviser (Self-Employed)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of protection advising experience
Expected Earnings (OTE) £40,000 per year (uncapped, commission-based). Earnings are performance-related and not guaranteed.

We work extensively with niche client segments, offering advisers real differentiation, a strong value-led proposition, and the freedom to grow their own advice business without unnecessary restrictions.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for experienced Protection Advisers who want to operate on a self-employed basis, with competitive commission splits, flexible working, and practical support behind the scenes.

- Experienced Protection Advisers
- Advisers specialising in life insurance, critical illness, income protection, and family protection solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compliant protection advice in line with FCA standards
- Manage client relationships from enquiry through to policy placement
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable protection solutions
- Maintain accurate records and meet all regulatory requirements
- Build and develop your own client base (with optional support provided)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Protection Adviser
- CAS status or ability to achieve CAS
- Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- UK-based and authorised to work in the UK
