The Opportunity From day one, you will inherit approximately 30 established clients representing around £10 million of assets under management. This provides an immediate platform to build meaningful relationships and generate ongoing revenue. Alongside the existing client portfolio, the firm consistently generates an average of 2-3 pre-vetted client introductions per week. These prospective clients have already engaged with the business and are seeking professional financial advice Supported by a dedicated administration and paraplanning team, you will have the resources needed to provide an exceptional client experience and concentrate on what you do best – helping clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities • Deliver holistic, independent financial planning tailored to individual client needs. • Manage and develop an inherited portfolio of approximately 30 clients with £10 million AUM. • Conduct client meetings and ongoing review appointments. • Build strong long-term relationships with both existing and newly introduced clients. • Gather and analyse client information to understand objectives and financial planning requirements. • Research suitable financial planning solutions and prepare clear recommendations. • Produce accurate and compliant documentation supporting all advice provided. • Deliver agreed service levels in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain Competent Adviser Status and meet all regulatory requirements. • Remain up to date with technical developments, legislation and FCA regulations. • Follow internal compliance, training and competence procedures at all times. • Complete ongoing CPD and continually enhance professional knowledge. Skills Experience Required • Level 4 Diploma qualified and holding Competent Adviser Status. • Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or Independent Financial Adviser. • Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills. • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, straightforward language. • Strong analytical and report-writing abilities. • Professional, ethical and client-focused approach. • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
