A rare and genuinely compelling opportunity has arisen with one of the most well-regarded independent wealth management firms in the Home Counties. Due to a planned retirement, my client is looking to appoint an experienced IFA to inherit a substantial, loyal client portfolio with an AUM of approximately £30 million. This is not a cold start - you will step into a well-established book with strong ongoing advice fee income, quality clients, and full continuity of relationship.

The Role
Take ownership of an inherited portfolio of approximately £30m AUM.
Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across a high-quality client base.
Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth.
Work collaboratively with internal support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, market developments and product landscape.
About You
3 to 5 years' experience delivering regulated financial advice.
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as a minimum.
Strong client relationship skills with a genuinely client-centric approach.
Commercially minded, proactive and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality advice.
