Senior Technical Paraplanner – Route to Adviser | London | Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid My client, an independent IFA firm in London, is seeking a career-driven Technical Paraplanner who wants more than just a back-office position.
This opportunity is for someone looking for influence, visibility, and a genuine path to becoming an Adviser.
In this role, you will: Work closely with a Senior Adviser, shaping client strategies and playing a key role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals Sit in on client meetings and support client relationships Produce bespoke, high-quality technical suitability reports Conduct deep research and build recommendations Contribute to portfolio construction Run meaningful cashflow modelling Progress toward an Adviser role with full support We are looking for candidates with: 4–5+ years' experience as a Technical Paraplanner Chartered status, or actively working towards it Ambition, proactivity, and readiness for the next step Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits and hybrid working in London.
