We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a skilled and motivated Independent Financial Adviser to join a well-established wealth management firm, with offices in North Kent. This role involves managing an existing book of clients generating £400k in recurring revenue, with the opportunity to take over a retiring adviser’s client bank over the next three years.

The client base includes high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, such as families, retirees, City professionals, and even some elite sports figures, all with investable assets ranging from £300k to £10m.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of solid advising experience and be either chartered or working towards it. You will need the gravitas and interpersonal skills to work effectively with HNW clients, offering a tailored, top-tier service. While there is no requirement to bring a client base with you, if you have clients that align with the firm’s investment proposition, this would be welcome.

The role offers significant flexibility, including hybrid working (only coming into the office once or twice a week) and the autonomy to manage your own affairs. Clients are spread across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and London, so the ability to manage relationships across these regions is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an adviser who can deliver high-quality financial advice and manage relationships with long-standing clients. The firm prides itself on its holistic advisory services and generates new business purely through referrals and recommendations.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Financial Planner to step into a trusted role with significant earning potential and a supportive, reputable firm. If you’re an adviser who values building strong client relationships and has a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.
