Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and develop an existing, established client portfolio
- Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify planning opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Leverage the firm's referral network to grow your client base sustainably
- Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Client-centric, ethical approach to financial planning
- Ability to manage and develop existing relationships
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
- Progress towards or near Chartered Financial Planner status
- Experience with HNW/UHNW client portfolios
